Dear Residents and Families,
We are pleased to inform you that Heritage Rehabilitation Center has no active COVID-19 cases in the building. We will continue to test our residents and staff as clinically indicated.
All of us at Heritage Rehabilitation Center care deeply about the safety and well-being of our residents. Our facility has adequate staffing and an adequate supply of personal protective equipment (PPE).
We are in regular communication with LA County DPH and CDPH. We continue to implement all current CMS, CDC, and CDPH guidelines regarding COVID-19.

In response to any pandemic and or federal or state public health emergency, this facility implements all such guidelines and recommendations issued by the Department of Health or federal agencies, whichever are more strict.
